After years of searching for my life calling my husband suggested I take the StrengthsFinder test. Once I took it, I googled “Life Coach” and immediately understood why people kept calling me that! A year later (2013) I was certified and have been coaching since.
Proudest Accomplishments –
* Breaking the cycle and thriving! Setting a goal to be a whole-hearted person and no longer broken was very important to me. This allowed me to learn what unconditional love looked like, acted like, felt like and to raise my three daughters unconditionally.
* Being married for over 30 years to My Love.
* Running three marathons in one year and continuing to run half marathons.
* Becoming a coach and starting my own coaching practice. Took believing in myself and loving kindness.
* Moving. A lot! Not only have I lived in six different states, I lived in Ireland for 18 months. Part was during Covid. Resilience is a very strong skill of mine.
* Outside of coaching, I enjoy running, strength training, yoga, backpacking, kayaking, cooking, reading, skiing, spending time with family, and exploring new places.
In her words...
You know how, when it’s time to sit down and write a few words about yourself, your regular personality disappears and you struggle to say… anything? I’m incredibly lucky because here’s a few things a past client, Tesa, had to say about me.
