Confidence is the key to building success in all aspects of your life. With true confidence comes the self-assurance that you can figure out and go after exactly what you want.
Confidence is being willing to take on any challenge because you know and embrace your values, strengths, and weaknesses. Having confidence means knowing your own worth, not through the eyes of social media, your spouse, significant other, friends, job, etc., but through your eyes. Confidence is knowing exactly who you are and what you want out of life.
If you wonder how to get that little voice in the back of your head to shut up when it’s being critical, or you want to be able to tell your boss you deserve a raise, or any other goal that seems unattainable at the moment, this is the course to get you there.

Courageous Confidence is taught in a context of a safe, supportive environment. The class meets weekly for 75 minutes per week for four weeks

Well 1: Understanding Self-Confidence and Discovering your Core Values
We will discuss what confidence is (it is not just a feeling) and discover your core values.
Week 2: Knowing What you Want & Goal Setting
You need to know what you want to create the life you want. Here, we will set goals and learn strategies to make those goals happen.
Week 3: Facing Your Fears
What is fear and do confident people have it? Yes, but they do what scares them anyway. Learn how you can too.
Week 4: Being Assertive to get what you want
Being assertive does not mean being aggressive. Assertiveness is all about establishing your boundaries. We will take a deep dive into what boundaries are and how to utilize them to achieve your goals and be who you want to be.
